Abstract: In the course of preparing an account of the Hamamelidaceae for the Flora of China, ten new synonymies are proposed, one in Altingia Noronha, one in Hamamelis Linn., one in Rhodole-ia Champ., three in Distylium Sieb. et Zucc. and four in Semiliquidambar H. T. Chang.
