Abstract: In this paper, the Asian subspecies of Phryma leptostachya L., i.e. ssp. asiatica (Hara) Kitamura, is taxonomically revised. A key showing the more essential differences betweenthe two subspecies is presented, and the distribution data of ssp. asiatica are updated.
